Today is the very special timepoint for our evergreen, the forerunner, Ivy.

The history can trace you back into as early as 2006, the less-than-20 girl, Ivy, entered a less-than-3 company.

Any beginning is never and ever easy, for an employer, also for an employee. The first 3 years saw her immersing into the seemingly endless initial proofreading, editon and DTP procesinng. “Leave no stone unturned”, that’s the motto for the diligent and go-get girl. Her eye-catching playout turned her into a new but more challenging stage: Administration, as a director.  

The multi-task daily workout on Promotion From Within, Performance Appraisal and Employee Relations covers almost the second 3 years, accompanied by hardships and setbacks, which never bent her down. This Ivy was still green at a time when other ivies had pooped out.

The thrid 3 years forged the ivy-of-all-trades into her career sublime when  promoted as the Administration Manager in 2012, a steady and seasoned one .
